Returns & Refunds

This policy applies to purchases made from Virtues Clothing via our website.

We’re here for the long game. We want you to love what you ordered, and if it’s not quite right, we’ll work with you.

In many countries businesses are generally not required to offer returns or refunds simply because you changed your mind. We still choose to offer a 30-day change-of-mind return window because we value our customers, we stand behind what we make, and we’d rather keep things simple and fair. This 30-day policy is voluntary and comes with the conditions below.

Here’s the headline:

- We offer 30-day returns for change of mind (from the date your order is delivered).

- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

- If an item is faulty, not as described, or incorrect, we’ll sort it out in line with your local consumer rights (and we’ll cover reasonable return shipping where required)

- We cannot register returns, exchanges or refunds for any items bought on sale.

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your legal rights. Australia: consumer guarantees still apply and cannot be excluded.

Change-of-mind returns provided if the item meets this criteria:

unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

with original tags & packaging

free from marks, odours, or damage

You can try items on to check size and fit, please ensure that you are not wearing strong aftershaves or scents. If an item is returned with signs of wear beyond what’s needed to assess it or not in a re sellable condition., we may refuse the return or reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value (where permitted by law). It will be at our discretion as to whether the item is in a resellable condition.


How to request a return

Email info@virtuesclothing.com with:

your order number

the item(s) you want to return

the reason

We’ll reply with return instructions and the returns address.


Return shipping costs (change of mind)

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs and the risk of loss until the parcel reaches us. We recommend tracked shipping.

Important: In some countries (including Australia), change-of-mind returns aren’t a legal requirement. We offer this 30-day return as a customer-first policy and you agree to the conditions above when using it. This is separate from and in addition to your rights for faulty goods.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

- Processing time is typically 3-10 business days after approval (banks may take longer)

We don’t refund original delivery charges for change-of-mind returns unless local law requires it.

 

Exchanges 

We offer exchanges for eligible items (for example, size or colour) subject to stock availability.

Because we’re customer-first, we’ll do our best to make exchanges smooth:

We’ll confirm availability and provide exchange instructions.

  For change-of-mind exchanges, return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend tracked shipping.

      If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or another available option.

If your item is faulty/incorrect, we’ll arrange the right outcome and cover return shipping where required by law.

 Faulty, incorrect, or not-as-described items

If your item is faulty, not as described, or you received the wrong item, contact info@virtuesclothing.com with your order number, description of fault and photos. We’ll arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your local consumer law (repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy) and cover return shipping where required. Australia: consumer guarantees still apply and can’t be excluded.
