Orders, sizing & the important stuff
If your message is about an order, it helps if you include:

- The email you checked out with
Less back-and-forth = faster replies.
Repairs, reworks & stories:
If you’ve repaired, altered, or seriously lived in one of our pieces, we want to see it. Send photos, stories, or both. These are the messages we love opening. Same goes for collaborations, ideas, or things you think we should know about.
If you just need to talk:
Sometimes it’s not about clothes.
If you’re going through something, need a bit of perspective, or just want to reach out, you’re welcome to email us. We’re not trained professionals or therapists, but we’re real people who’ve had our own ups and downs.
If we can listen, offer a kind word, or share something that helps or inspires you, that gives real purpose to what we’re building. This brand exists because of connection as much as it does creativity.
